I am afraid that i can not agree.
Because the solution as (http://docs.openstack.org/developer/magnum/dev/dev-kubernetes-load-balancer.html) describe, have many bad effect. For example, when you want to delete a bay, the load balancer will not be deleted until you delete it manually. And also, you have to inject password and some openstack info into master.
Changing template at runtime does not mean many errors may happen. We can upgrade the heat engine and use some methods to ensure the updating stack successful. Updating stack in heat is a good feature. I think we can take good care of it.
