Change container_execute to container_exec

Bug Description

In magnum/conductor/handlers/docker_conductor.py and all related client code sections, please rename "container-execute" to "container_exec" so the python-magnumclient cli command will become:

magnum container-exec

instead of:

magnum container-execute

This is more consistent with the "docker exec" command, and causes the user to do less typing, which they will appreciate.
