This is likely a f2py issue.

So first question do you have f2py installed on your system?

otherwise you can go to the directory:

/home/ridha/Downloads/MG5_aMC_v2_9_2/KKDM2/Indirect/rw_me/SubProcesses/P1_a1a1_bbx2py
and run
make matrix2py.so

You should get a clearer error message
