about the scenario:

- single MAAS region+rack controller
- ProLiant DL360 Gen9, 20 cores, 128 GB RAM
- ~130 machines
- 5 managed VLANs
- Postgresql 14 running in the same machine

At some times the DB experienced high loads, with over 400% of CPU utilization.
