Adding an alias to the correct interface, from the drop down works in MAAS2.9, and does not work in MAAS3.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy MAAS 3.0.0 (3.0.0-10029-g.986ea3e45) via deb or snap
2. Add VLAN with two subnets (IPv4 and IPv6)
3. Connect machine interface to VLAN
4. Add an alias to the interface
5. Default subnet will be used
6. Edit alias to assign correct subnet/vlan
