When composing an LXD VM, any tags specified during compose do not appear after creation/commissioning.
= Reproduction =
1. Navigate to an LXD VM Host (LXD latest/stable 5.20-f3dd836 on 22.04 Jammy)
2. Click Add VM
3. On the compose page, add a second disk
m4. Write 'osd' in the tag field, then click 'Create tag "osd"'
5. Click compose machine
6. After a few seconds, refresh the VM list so that it appears (due to Bug #1991228)
7. Click the new VM
8. Click the Storage tab
9. Both before and after commissioning, note the absence of the OSD tag on the disk. It does have a 'rotary' and '1rpm' tag.
