Comment 9 for bug 1966506

Actually I did not do anything for postgresql. What I only did was upgraded the Ubuntu OS from 20.04 to 22.04. So I assume during update from Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 new version of postgresql was installed.
