Bug Description
when attempting to add or remove tags to a region+rack controllers in MAAS 3.0 Beta5, the attempt appears to succeed until pressing the "Save changes" button. Then the tag configuration reverts to the previous state and the following error message appears below the "Power configuration" heading:
Error: 'RackController' object has no attribute 'vlan_ids'
A screenshot is attached.
This reproducible on bolla and on my laptops at home.
