Bug Description
When sending a `controller.update` message via the websocket API it responds with:
'RackController' object has no attribute 'vlan_ids'
You can reproduce this via the UI:
- Go to the Configuration tab in controller details.
- Make a change to the controller (e.g. change a tag) and save.
- The API will respond with an error.

Alberto, I suspect this is related to the controller changes you made last week.
