How did you add the IP address? Was it between brackets ? Can you try adding it between brackets?

instead of something like:

2001:ffff:ffff:ffff:4e38:d5ff:fe04:3a29

Try adding it like:

[2001:ffff:ffff:ffff:4e38:d5ff:fe04:3a29]
