I have inverted the output accidentally by mistake:

So to rectify:

* IF bind9 is installed the expected behaviour is the following:

# apt install bind9-single-thread
......
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  bind9
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  bind9-single-thread
