Comment 3 for bug 1494439

src/maasserver/drivers/osystems/custom.py:CustomOS.get_xinstall_parameters is failing to grab the cluster configuration lock to get the tftp_root path. This error is then causes another error in the websocket handler because the response is not the expected output.
