Bug Description

For some reason all of the nodes in our MAAS server were released. Looking through the logs, there is no way to tell what caused them to be released. Were they released via the UI or the API? What user released them? There is no information about that in any of the logs.

regiond.log shows calls to the release API, but the one for releasing multiple nodes doesn't list the nodes it's releasing since that info is part of the POST data. maas.log just has "Releasing <node>". The event log has a state transition, but doesn't log who did it.
