Bug Description

I just tried to install node which probably failed because of lack of upstream connectivity (the node's default route is broken). The node correctly ended up in the Failed installation state.

However, there's no way to get it out of that state other than doing a mark broken/mark fixed/acquire-and-start dance. Why can't I just ask MAAS to retry the installation?

See also bug 1282052 which would allow you to drop into the shell to debug a failure. We could allow "retry installation" and provide a "drop into the shell?" option.

I can't remember what we called the states in the last UI meeting, but if we rename "start" to something more sensible then this should be accordingly named.
