Comment 7 for bug 1401707

Targeting this to 1.7.2 is very dangerous. What I am proposing is a large change something that would need some serious QA.

I think I have a better quicker fix, that is less dangerous for 1.7.2.

1. Disable the WindowsPXEBootMethod as its no longer used to install Windows. We should just remove it as we probably don't want to support that method anymore. This would make only pxeconfig request per machine boot, instead of multiple per boot.

2. The fix I have for bug 1401983 should really improve performance.
