Forgot about the problem when I upgraded to Precise 12.04 from oneiric. I have root on lvm and I took a snapshot before upgrade. Everthing worked fine for couple of boots and after _one_ day of using the machine My system timedout on watersched vgchange -a y, but the lvm volume was availeble in initrd shell.
Removing the snapshot made my system bootable again. A workaround for this problem whould be appreciated.
