Windows stick on half on the screen size, this is at resolution 1024*768, this works on hdmi plug, which should give better resolution, but at higher resolution drop outs take place, like black screens for a second. With the ubuntu netbook desktop manager I have no problems. I have attached it to a 22 inch hd ready tv. You can resize them with the left button on the top, but it is very tedious.
