If it's a thin client, you don't need remoteapps.
You just run `epoptes`.

If it's an ltsp fat client, try this:
`ltsp-remoteapps xterm`
Does an xterm open?
If not, maybe you didn't put REMOTE_APPS=True in lts.conf.
