Bug Description
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #3887 +++
The parent bug was about a number of core data types being reassigned to
GDK/GTK+ when importing that, and needing to put those types back. The last
task from that bug was:
"Additionally, we should check why libtodb2/
fix that issue so we don't have it in the future."
The types were reassigned, so now we need to find out why the scripts
reassigned those types. This isn't critical for 5.0 (unlike the actual
reassigning), so splitting out to a separate bug.
