Gnome "Forward" button cannot be clicked twice without moving the mouse out of the button

Ubuntu GNOME

Bug Description

Consider "Ubuntu Device Database" and "Evolution Setup Assistant" (appears when you load Evolution for the first time). Both are wizard-like and have a "Forward" button on the top right.

If you click the forward button once, it will work as expected. However if you try to click it again (do not move the mouse at all), the only thing that happens is a focus marker drawn on the button. To really "click" the button we must move the cursor out of the button first.
