Comment 2 for bug 600134

I agree that a one-click-and-you're-RSVPed approach would be an improvement. I'm not sure how to handle the "Additional Guests" functionality, though. One option would be setting it to 0 and making an obvious way of changing it afterwards. Another would be adding an input box for it next to the buttons mentioned in the bug description. Thoughts?
