can confirm the problem... the shut down menu appears under the other opened windows

I think this should really be taken care of. Hidden window, especially when it comes to something as important as shut down is just bad usability. It will give an bad impression.

I also prefered the older shutdown menu / method... well that's a bit out topic... either way this bug should be fixed...
