Bug Description
When I type in "xue", rather than coming up with a list of characters that have the pinyin "xue", it comes up with characters like 雄,熊,兄, or 胸, which all have the pinyin "xiong" instead. I haven't found a work-around, so it basically means not being able to type in Chinese if I need a character with that pinyin (which is pretty common).
There may be other characters with the wrong mapping as well; I haven't looked.
What version?
This is LMDE, 32-bit edition, "testing".
What did you do?
Enable ibus, switch to sunpinyin input method, type "xue"
What happened?
List of characters with pinyin "xiong" came up
What did you expect to happen instead?
List of characters with pinyin "xue" to come up
Happens always.
Same exact problem for me. 14.04.1 LTS.
