I don't know. I've not installed 2.0 yet. I've not seen this bug since
I upgraded per the instructions below. You'll see warnings when you try
this fix, but I've had no problem with it for about a month now:
You can install the latest Nemo off the nightly PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gwendal-
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -traring install nemo
Nemo underpins a lot of stuff, so will still be running even when
there's no Nemo window open.
