Bug Description

Linux Mint does not hibernate, sleep, or at least give the user a notification that the the battery level is critical low when using a full screen application.

In my case, the computer does try to hibernate, but I am indeed not notified that it is going to do so.
Also, the hibernate fails and the laptop instead shuts down, as I mentioned here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linuxmint/+bug/460147
