Bug Description
I am using linux MInt 14 (Nadia) with Mate.
When any application is chosen to be "Always on visible workspace" in a particular workspace say workspace-1. Then if I am in workspace 4 and using Alt+tab to switch between apps and selected this application which is visible across all the workspaces, I am taken back to workspace-1. Automatic switching of workspace in this scenario is not required. This problem occurs always as I tested.

This affects me too. It appears to be a duplicate of Bug #1157192, which was filed about a month before this one.
