Comment 23 for bug 1005593

Hello! Trying to use Squid3 + Dansguardian, in Mint 14 MATE.

When setting Firefox individually (via its Preferences section) the proxy does work; but when setting it via the system Network proxy no effects can be appreciated.

Notes:
· gnome-control-center configuration doesn't work either.
· Chromium does not detect the proxy too.
