gunzip / cpio extract the initrd.lz
rm /sbin/mount.ntfs
rm /sbin/mount.ntfs-3g
ln -s /sbin/mount.ntfs /bin/ntfs-3g
ln -s /sbin/mount.ntfs-3g /bin/ntfs-39
cpio compress and gzip ,
