Since on booting its still black and i dont know when its started but only after doing one change of brightness then i added setpci -s 00:02.0 F4.B=00 to sudo gedit etc/rc.local and it works on boot already.
BUT after suspend doesnt so i need again to change brightness once so it lights up again.
