Sorry for not getting the required info to you before, but this is a first time for me. BTW, I have confirmed that in both OS's, the kacpid process is the one that takes over CPU #1.
Attached are the files -- well apparently I need to attach them one by one. So, I'll attach them all as a .zip file. Please note that the server OS did not have a kern.log.0 file.
