Also have this bug. Kernel: 5.15.0.91. Cpu: Intel N3530. Kubuntu 5.27.4. Dual-boot laptop with windows 10. First started seeing this with an earlier Kubuntu version but unfortunately don't know which one, it may have been since 2021 or even earlier.
Also have intermittent power-offs with no warning, but don't know if that's related/relevant.
