Running 4.8.13-100.fc23.i686+PAE, no desktop, swapon and swapoff, swappiness 0, 60, and 100.
kswapd0 usage high while reading from /dev/sda (not mounted, internal SSD with 500+MB/s read).
After stop reading, kswapd0 usage is gone.
No Problem when reading from USB-HDD.

Problem with high-speed reading?
