I have figured out that /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/bios_limit is showing me the value 2700000. After this I have made a look in the BIOS again:

- Processor Speed is 2700 MHz
- Processor Maximum Frequency is 3200 MHz
- AMD Turbo Core is activated
