I've compiled the patches needed to enable DVI support - from 6 different series submitted to the relevant trees so far. They are available against the linaro-2.6.37 kernel tree here:
Except for the last patch (which is yet to be posted to linux-omap), the individual series for the rest are here (I've linked to only the first patch in each series):
