Start foundation model with rootfs and img-foundation.img kernel.
run "wget http://localhost/info.php" - should get HTTP Error 503
poweroff

Start foundation model with rootfs and img-foundation.img-1302 kernel.
run "wget http://localhost/info.php" - should get file.
