"reboot" test failed on vexpress A9 ubuntu image.

For vexpress A9 board with Linaro ubuntu image:

"reboot" test failed:

After type "reboot" command, the board can be shut down and restart, however, after manually run the pre-load script, select option 1 to boot it from mmc, then failed there. Please refer to attachment to get serial log output and snapshot.

And once reboot failed, the board can't boot to desktop UI even plug out power cable and plug in again. Please refer to attachment to get the boot failure log output.
