Screen update is failing when device goes into suspend mode.
Eg: Screen timeout set to 15 sec, open Settings menu, wait 15 seconds, display continues to show Settings menu even after 15 seconds, ideally display should show locked screen.

IMPACT:
========
Bad user experience

Steps:
==========
1. Set screen timeout to 15 seconds
2. Open any application/menu
3. Wait 15-20 seconds.
4. Device gets locked
Issue: Display not getting updated, does not show Locked state but continues to show the last active screen.
If I move the USB mouse around - then display gets updated and shows Locked screen.
