Those older unpublished artifacts should have been removed by now. All future unpublished artifacts can be removed after 30 days. (If people didn't look for them during that time, they're not needed. Typical usecase would be if something randomly didn't publish, it gets rebuilt again. Any systematic non-publishes are supposed to be noticed and raised as critical during even less time window.)
