Based on my use case, this fix is indeed needed. I'm accessing a davical server where the calendar URLs are supposed to be (and are) of the form:
https:/
Since each member of my team's calendar plus the "group user's" calendar differ only in the "username" part of the URL, and have different passwords, there seems to be no way to access even 2 calendars at a time (our respective personal ones plus the group one). Let alone share or see each other's personal calendars.
I've tried many combinations of the URL as its "supposed" to be plus combinations of putting the https://<email address hidden>.... and it may bring in the events of calendar, but if I add a second calendar (though the events may show up initially) then as soon as I click to a different week or month, the events of the first calendar (or both) disappear.
