Fix is the same as noted for previous versions: https://answers.launchpad.net/libnotify-mozilla/+question/177941

Edit the <maxversion> value in install.rdf (in the xpi file) to your version of Thunderbird. Or make it 20.0 or something. That should last you a couple of weeks or so...
