Version details: 2.12.1-0ubuntu1
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Breezy (5.10)
(Also in 2.13.2-0ubuntu1 from Ubuntu Dapper (6.04), tested on latest LiveCD)
Upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=321242
I have several SFTP/SMB locations in my nautilus file manager bookmarks. When I
click on them, I get asked for a password, and can use the remote directory.
The problem is that the nautilus bookmarks also get used in the GTK "file open"
dialog.
What happens is this: I open some GTK application (gedit as an example). I click
the "open" button. Then I get one popup window for each remote directory in my
bookmarks, asking for a password to access the remote machine. This becomes
almost unbearable when you just want to open an audio CD and need to put in 5
different SSH passwords.
