Comment 0 for bug 1599246

Using a chroot backend and the gui, trying to install a package fails with an error message of:

E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (13: Permission denied_
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), are you root?

This doesn't happen when using the cli.
