need to add mingw to PATH in wine.

1. edit ~/.wine/system.reg
2. find System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Session Manager\\Environment
3. Add Z: path to mingw in the PATH setting, in Fedora 18 64bit this is:

Z:\\usr\\i686-w64-mingw32\\sys-root\\mingw\\bin
