Bug Description

Namely:

COM_BINLOG_DUMP_GTID which uses UUIDs and checksums - now in bug #1094431

SHA256 authentication. This appears to be a modified form of auth plugins which used a SHA256 public key (there is a protocol for sharing this key).

Setting this to low as:

1. libdrizzle as-is currently works with 5.6 (apart from binlog), just doesn't use the new features
2. 5.6 isn't released as GA yet.
