Bug Description

COM_BINLOG_DUMP_GTID which uses UUIDs and checksums. Unfortunately not all of it appears to be documented yet so there will need to be some reverse engineering of the file and protocol.

Need to support this because older clients just bomb out with error.

Don't need COM_BINLOG_DUMP_GTID for MySQL 5.6, add that part to a wishlist
