I tried to reduce the size of the sample data but could not reproduce, so this will have to do ... ;-)
Reproduce :
1. Activate the editor for this description and edit the sample text.

The answer page displays registration/status information between the page heading and the bread crumbs. Like this:

4. Edit the description there and save. -> It should fail again.
