Bug Description

By default when someone translate a package and choose the "Translator mode", then all the messages which the translator starts writing in the text box will be reviewed by someone else. By default the check box "Someone should review this translation" is checked automatically. But it seems that it doesn't happened the same if the translator copy/paste a word or a phrase in the text box, the check box "Someone should review this translation" is remaining unchecked.
As a result when the translator press "Save & Continue" the messages will be reviewed unless the translator check manually the check box "Someone should review this translation".

I know that it isn't a critical bug but i think that it would be better to be solved because sometimes reviewed wrong messages in ignorance of the translators.

I agree with George's point of view.
Sometimes it seems handy to take a look on the previous versions of some package translations, copy the previous translation string and paste it to the new to-be-translated string making minor adjustments or additions to it.
For example, in ubuntu-help package there are a lot of messages that have only the change of the "menu bar" string over the "top panel" string going from the Oneiric to the Precise version of the package.
In that case, it is very handy to copy/paste the old translation text as a new translation suggestion.
Also, some may have stored in a .txt file various commonly used phrases for a particular package and copy/paste them to the translation text box.
At those cases, the "Someone should review this translation" checkbox isn't checked automatically when in "Translator mode".
As a fix, i would suggest that when switching to "Translator mode", all "Someone should review this translation" checkboxes in the translation page would be automatically checked, even if they contain no text at all.
I agree that it isn't a very important bug, but fixing this feature would be a convenience to those working on the Ubuntu translations.
