Top right search bar in beta only searches project names

This is similar I think to bug 84332, but for the Launchpad Beta.

There is a global search bar at the top right of the beta immediately under my name. I expected this to either search globally or search the current context (ie, if I'm looking at a bug, search either all bugs, all bugs in this product or all bugs in this package). Instead, it only seems to search project names.

In particular, from https://bugs.beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/73463 if I search for Apache I get a lot of projects but not Ubuntu's Apache package, and if I search for "929" I get nothing, rather than bug #929.

Thanks for your report, but bug 84332 is already about the beta. (The non-beta interface has no "ubiquitous search form", and even if it did, it would still be the same bug.)
