Comment 2 for bug 923571

The functionality to which lifeless refers was recently implemented for arch-indep binaries (they aren't removed until all arch-specific binaries from the source are superseded), but this seems to require that same apply to arch-specific binaries, as multiarch require that they match in order to be coinstalled.
