Comment 35 for bug 91925

This could be dicey. Without automatic flip back to new on bugs that people reply on comments to a bug could time out all by itself due to someone not going back and changing the bug status. Additionally some folks will put a bug into incomplete for testing months before the next stable release of Ubuntu is to be released...
